What does a typical yacht rental come with?
Each rental includes a qualified crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics can vary depending on the type of rental—for example, twilight cruises come with upgraded beverages and light snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
It's best to reserve your yacht at least 2–3 weeks in prior, especially in the high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and special events, arranging 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for improved availability and to provide ample time for personalization.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event of unsafe weather as determined by our skipper, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or give a full refund. We actively monitor the weather and will reach out to you if we foresee any issues 24 hours before your planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. We also offer exceptional food services and can tailor menus to your liking. Please bear in mind that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We make efforts to host all guests. Some yachts are outfitted with enhanced access features. It's best to divulge specific requirements when you book, and we will suggest the yacht that best fits your needs and make any necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure, you will be refunded completely. If you cancel between 24–72 hours before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are generally non-refundable, except in case of unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
