CommonsLattice offers exceptional yacht charter experiences, which include, but are not restricted to:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate retreats
  • Private events
  • Multi-day charters

Our services are contingent upon availability and weather conditions. We maintain the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a charter reservation, one must:

  • Have achieved at least 18 years of age
  • Submit accurate and comprehensive details
  • Make payment for the necessary deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Adhere to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmed booking is secured once payment has been made and we provide written confirmation. Service to any individual may be declined at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter reservations are dependent on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. Reasonable efforts shall be made to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Quoted prices are in € and encompass applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to modification without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee is due upon reservation
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Payable after completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our payment processing employs secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With at least 72 hours notice before departure: Full reimbursement less transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • With fewer than 24 hours to departure: No restitution

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather not be safe as determined by our captain, we will suggest:

  • Rescheduling your charter without additional expense to the soonest available slot
  • Issuing a complete refund if an alternate date is not viable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues arise with the designated vessel, we will strive to offer an appropriate replacement. In absence of such, a return in full shall be tendered.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear when instructed
  • Communicate any health conditions that may affect their secure participation
  • Stay within allocated areas of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any sort of weaponry
  • Excessive beverages (beyond modest consumption)
  • Animals (except those permitted in advance)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Charters may be terminated prematurely without refund if there is passenger conduct that endangers safety or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is confined to the amount paid for your charter. We assume no liability for:

  • Personal injury due to passenger negligence
  • Loss or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, ancillary, or punitive compensations
  • Delays caused by the weather or circumstances outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is upheld by us, covering our boats and activities. Passengers should have their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our yacht services, you recognize the inherent dangers of maritime activities and you accept the responsibility for your own protection and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Amendments to itineraries, paths, or timetables may be made based on meteorological conditions, safety necessities, or operation requirements. Efforts will be made to offer a comparable alternative experience.

9. Force Majeure

Complications, delays, or modifications resulting from circumstances outside our control are not our liability, this includes, but is not limited to:

  • Severe meteorological phenomena
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Port blockages
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in adherence to our Privacy Policy. By choosing our services, you consent to your information being used as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
